The hotel offers great value for money with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The staff is amazing and always there to assist. I also loved the convenient location near Bikini's Sports Bar.

All in all, everything was satisfactory.

Our room was a real mess and was quite dirty. I almost went to the front desk and asked for another room because it was so filthy !!! The facility had no sugar for the coffee at the front desk area and the creamer was empty as well. For the money there really should be more amenities ......at least some cream and sugar for my coffee. The facility is in desperate need of maintanence as there are a few safety concerns that I saw. The top floor of the first building has a section that someone could easily access the roof for which is also in need of repairs. There was a huge hole that could fit a person on one section of the roof just over the rail where it looks like somone fell through. Other than that the employees were all friendly and was very very professional !!! I would stay there again so long as I can pay the same price......I Would not spend a penny more on this facility !!!

In the brochure it was stated that there were bbq pits but there was none !! maintanence issues !!!

The place was fine if you are just looking to save money.

It is an outdated hotel. It is large, but no security. The sheets were so cheap that they would come undone from under the mattress. I asked for replacements, and they were just as bad. People were loud in the pool after pool hours, but no one sent them away. Lots of "low rent" commotion, but you get what you pay for, and we were looking for cheap. It's totally bareable, though.

The room was impeccably clean with a fresh scent, and the comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. The staff provided excellent service and promptly attended to our needs. We enjoyed a relaxing swim in the sparkling clean pool, adding to the overall enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The central location of this hotel is a big plus, making it easy to find off the interstate. With reasonable prices, it offers great value for money. Very dirty rooms, not taken care of.

Location and Pool

We were very diasappointed with management's response to several requests for improvements in our room. The shower curtain was torn and moldy. Despite several requests for a change out it was not done. Also, a junction box for the refrigerator and microwave connections emited a constant loud "clicking" sound. Maintenance personel offered help, but management would not fix the probelm. Fortunately we had ear plugs, or would not have been able to sleep. We have recommended this motel to others in the past but can not do so in the future, unless improvements are made.

This hotel is conveniently located near a popular sports bar and excellent restaurants. It's ideal for those who want to explore downtown Austin or attend a game at Mike Myers stadium. The rooms are spacious, the bedding is comfortable, and the linens are clean. The staff is attentive and accommodating, offering excellent service and helpful information.

There were some minor issues with the bathroom, such as cosmetic stains and odors.

Mattresses were thin and uncomfortable, very low to the ground. The matresses seemed to be the type that are typically used in a travel trailer.

I had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. The bed was comfortable and the room was surprisingly quiet for being close to the freeway. The hotel provided a nice breakfast every morning in a room near the lobby. The staff was amazing, always checking up to restock anything and made my stay pleasurable. Also, this hotel is conveniently located close to some good restaurants.
